Background
Clubs must be affiliated with CTT for their members to be insured to race CTT Open Events. Clubs must affiliate each year, between October 01 and December 31 for the following year. Clubs affiliating outside of this window will be subject to a late rejoining fee (the late rejoining fee does not apply to clubs that were not affiliated during the previous year - i.e. if you missed a year or more, there is no late rejoining fee). Clubs that carry advertising on their kit or within the name of their website are subject to an Advertising fee.
Standard affiliation costs £60, the advertising fee is an additional £100, and the late joining fee is £40
How to affiliate
You must first be a CTT user. User registration is a no-cost one-time process.
To Register, please navigate to https://www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/register and register with your email address.
You may then apply to affiliate your club from the CTT Website Homepage, hover of My Account and select Affiliate New Club as shown below. Complete and submit the form.
When your request is approved, an item will appear in your shopping basket (click the basket icon from the homepage, shown top right in the image above). Once paid, affiliation is immediate.
